This includes everything from designing efficient production pipelines and team structures to implementing scalable systems for content creation at volume. Over the years, I’ve worked with both global and regional leaders like Farfetch, Mytheresa, and Homecentre, helping them elevate their creative and production capabilities. I’ve also led the setup of temporary and pop-up studios for seasonal campaigns and high-volume shoots for some of the world’s most recognized fashion brands—ranging from DKNY in Los Angeles and DSQUARED2 in Milan, to Tom Ford in London and Farfetch in Hong Kong.
